Return & Refund Policy

At SweetJoy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • The item is not a final sale or clearance item

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Free gifts or promotional items

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at chh426@qq.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you wish to return
  3. The reason for your return
  4. A photo of the item (required for damaged or incorrect items)

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. SweetJoy is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at chh426@qq.com

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at chh426@qq.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at chh426@qq.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our standard return process.
